1. About Tradigo

Tradigo ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a digital products marketplace operated by Linkvy (Udyam Registered: UDYAM-HR-14-0097967), based in Panipat, Haryana, India. Tradigo enables buyers to purchase and instantly download digital products, and enables sellers to list and sell their own original digital products. By creating an account or using Tradigo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account & Passwordless Login

Tradigo does not use passwords. Accounts are created and accessed using a 6-digit one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email account, as it is the sole method of accessing your Tradigo account. Never share your OTP with anyone.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information (name, username, email) when creating an account. Usernames and email addresses must be unique and not impersonate another person or entity.

4. Products Sold on Tradigo

Tradigo exclusively hosts digital products — items that are delivered electronically and downloaded online (e.g. templates, courses, fonts, ebooks, and similar digital goods). No physical products are sold through the Platform.

5. Payments

All payments on Tradigo are processed securely through Razorpay, in Indian Rupees (INR). Tradigo does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

6. Product Usage & Licensing

Once purchased, digital products are made available for download in your Buyer Library. Unless otherwise stated by the seller on the product listing, purchased products are for your own personal or business use and may not be resold, redistributed, or re-uploaded as your own to another marketplace.

7. Refunds

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only issued where a product is found to be a scam, fraudulent, or fundamentally not as described, after being reported and verified by our team. 8. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading or selling content that is not your own original work, or that infringes on another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Attempting to bypass, exploit, or abuse the OTP authentication system.
• Creating fraudulent listings, misrepresenting products, or scamming buyers.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, at Tradigo's discretion.

9. Sellers

Sellers on Tradigo are subject to additional terms — see our Seller Terms & Conditions, which cover commission, payouts, and content ownership requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tradigo acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of digital products. While we take reasonable steps to verify reported issues, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased through the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tradigo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
