Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Seller Terms apply to anyone listing and selling digital products on Tradigo ("Seller", "you"). By registering as a seller and/or listing a product, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Original Content Only

You may only list products that are 100% your own original work. You must own full rights to any digital product you upload — including all design elements, code, written content, media, and assets used within it.

• You may not upload, resell, or repackage content created by someone else without explicit permission and proof of licensing rights.
• You may not upload content that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.
• Stolen, pirated, cracked, or plagiarized content is strictly prohibited.

Consequence of violation: Any listing found to violate this rule will be removed immediately. Repeated or serious violations will result in permanent suspension of your seller account, and any pending payouts related to the violating product(s) may be withheld.

3. Commission & Earnings

Tradigo charges a flat 8% platform commission on every sale. Sellers receive 92% of the sale price for each product sold, credited to their Tradigo wallet.

4. Payout Schedule (3-Day Hold)

To allow time for basic order verification and fraud/scam checks, payouts are released 3 days after the sale date, not on the sale day itself.

Once released, funds are reflected in your Seller Wallet and can be withdrawn via Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal, or Crypto, as available in your Wallet & Payouts section.

5. Refunds & Deductions

Tradigo generally does not offer refunds on digital products. However, if a buyer reports your product as a scam or fraudulent, and our team verifies the report, a refund will be issued to the buyer and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your wallet/payout. If the sale has already been paid out, Tradigo may deduct the amount from future earnings. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

6. Listing Standards

• Product titles, descriptions, previews, and pricing must accurately represent what the buyer will receive.
• Misleading previews, fake reviews, or exaggerated claims are not permitted.
• Products must be functional and complete at the time of listing — not placeholder or broken files.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Tradigo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a seller account for: uploading non-original content, repeated scam reports, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Seller Terms or the general Terms & Conditions. Pending payouts tied to violating listings may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to their income earned through Tradigo, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Tradigo may update these Seller Terms from time to time. Continuing to sell on the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
